¿Alguien entiende algo?

O de cómo Google elimina uno de mis vídeos por violar la leyes de propiedad intelectual y rectifican al día siguiente.

Al hilo de un post anterior sobre la legalidad o no de insertar música en un blog, me ha sucedido la siguiente historia:

Como algunos sabéis tengo una cuenta en YouTube perteneciente a Google, en la que voy subiendo los vídeos propios que inserto mi blog. Pues bien, resulta que recibo un e-mail recriminándome por parte de You Tube que infrinjo los derechos de copyright de la multinacional discográfica RCA de unos de los susodichos vídeos y que por tanto lo eliminan.

This is to notify you that we have removed or disabled access to the following material as a result of a third-party notification by RCA Records claiming that this material is infringing.

Amenazándome que como siga siendo "malo" y no retire el material con copyright… en fin... leed.

Repeat incidents of copyright infringement will result in the deletion of your account and all videos uploaded to that account. In order to avoid future strikes against your account, please delete any videos to which you do not own the rights and refrain from uploading additional videos that infringe on the copyrights of others.

¡Acojona eh!

Así que, toca zafarrancho; a revisar el material "delictivo" que tengo en mi cuenta y... a todo esto, y sin haber terminado dicha operación recibo el siguiente comunicado:

RCA Records has informed us that a number of notices of claimed copyright infringement they submitted to us on Tuesday, 2007.05.22, were submitted in error. They have retracted their claims with respect to those videos.

He aquí una demostración palpable del estado caótico en que se encuentra el asunto legal en la red. Con las multinacionales atacando a un enemigo inexistente sin ver que el problema de su crisis está en ellos mismos.
